The maintanace guys paul and admir are on point always getting stuff done effective and immediately. As for my rent increase and paying a ton here my landlord ruben has been very awesome to work out plans with while i struggle, tiffany and other stuff are great to work with as well. They seem to really care, and if you talk with them they try to help in anyway. They do raffles for tvs, bluetooth speakers and all kinds of gifts, pool bbqs, etc. I like living here just dont like the price, after looking at most other apts. I realized its all around the same price. So that being said i feel happy here things are pricey everywhere.so id rather it be where they take care of me!!! muchlove...

Hi! I just wanted to take a moment to give huge kudos to the maintenance guys😊 I can always count on them making repairs quickly and efficiently! For example, our master bedroom toilet had an issue that I thought would be a big ordeal but these guys handled it quickly and like the pros they are....but they didn't stop there. They then went above and beyond and fixed little things around the apartment that i asked them to on the fly. Great job, guys!

Lived in many/various apartments. Usually getting maintenance to fix something is a chore & the delay is forever. Just the opposite here. Every time we have put in a work order they have come to fix it the same day. The maintenance workers were very helpful, good, patient, & explained everything they were doing. Kudos for Miller for hiring these 2 guys.

Been here 15 years! love this place! Update august 2019 fountains work now but they still can't seem to place them in correct position! And all 3 fountains spray different ? Why? Also when I need repairs or services I'm taken care fast! Thx! Also still need to get our area between buildings properly maintained! Always seems to be forgotten!

Admir is fantastic he Waste no time while he’s here he’s very efficient he’s very kind and he gets the job done and he does a good job. I have to say I look up to Admir he knows what he is doing. Kiera is amazing from the leasing office! She is so helpful and nice. The whole staff really caters to your needs and their customer service is excellent. Would definitely move back in when I go back to Utah. Thanks guys for an awesome experience!
