I have lived here for 10 years now ,and have seen Management change .But have always been treated well,and fair. Ryen and Heather ,and their office helpers do a great job ,and I love how helpful they always are . Very quiet apartments overall , everyone is friendly. Miller Estates is a great place to live.
My roommate just told me that our community is starting a community watch WHICH I LOVE! Crime is everywhere these days and we need to band together. The new head maint guy has been amazing to work with and has really changed my mind about this place. There seems to be new faces in the office and so far so good. They have been okay to deal with and are much nicer than the old manager there a few months ago. Please resident keep your cars locked an report any suspicious activity to the office and the Murray PD.
Veronica and Ryan and awesome! They are very helpful and so nice every time I go into the office. I would highly recommend living here, its a very beautiful place during the summer lots of shade from all of the pretty trees. The clubhouse is beautiful too!
I like living here. I know not everything is perfect but Iâve lived in probably 10 different apartments and sorry nowhere will ever be 100% perfect. The price of rent is good for SLC and the apartments are big. Iâve always had good experiences with the office and i love the trees all around.
I've lived on this property for 4 years now. Ryen and Kiera are so sweet, they go out of their way to help as much as they can. I have zero complains. Work orders are always done in a reasonable time, the location is amazing! super close to the mall and lots of restaurants!
Wonderful Maintenance
The new maintenance staff has been so helpful to us! We had a few items that needed fixed and they were so friendly each time they came to our apartment, even wearing masks! Thank you so much for caring!
It's always hard getting used to new office/maintenance. But things are getting back on track. I've been here for 6 years & I was a bit worried. I spoke with Kiera, the office manager, she's managed this property before & is a superior manager! She completely put my worries to rest & I can't thank her enough! Welcome back, we need you!!
Admir, the head of maintenance here, has always gone out of his way to do his repairs quickly and neatly. He makes it easy to live here comfortably.
Maintenance
Admir is a very good maintenance guy. Very caring about the residents. He was out here at 1:00 am fixing an a/c unit because it was so hot. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Admir. He really cares about the property and the people that live here.
